This event brings together renowned fashion designers, acclaimed artists, celebrities, and a veritable who’s who of NY society. The live and silent auctions include work by: assume vivid astro focus, Louise Bourgeois, Olaf Breuning, Yi Chen, Christo & Jeanne-Claude, Sue Coe, Mark di Suvero, Torben Giehler, Roni Horn, Jenny Holzer, Matthew Day Jackson, Steven Klein, Joseph Kosuth, Justin Lieberman, Tony Matelli, Yoko Ono, Tyson Reeder, Aida Ruilova, Ed Ruscha, Simone Shubuck, Zak Smith, Julian Schnabel, Pat Steir, Billy Sullivan, Spencer Tunick, William Wegman and many others.

The evet will take place at the Puck Building, 295 Lafayette Street, Wednesday, November 29th, 2006, 6:30pm – 10pm. The Coalition for the Homeless is the nation’s oldest advocacy and direct service organization helping homeless men, women, and children. They are dedicated to the principle that decent shelter, sufficient food, affordable housing, and the chance to work for a living wage are fundamental rights in a civilized society. Since its inception in 1981, the Coalition has worked through litigation, public education, and direct services to ensure that these goals are realized.
