Madonna University Art Gallery Features Sculpture Exhibition |

LIVONIA, MI.- Artists Under Glass: A group show of sculpture will run Nov. 17-Dec. 22 in Madonna’s Exhibition Gallery, and will feature the work of eight area artists: Alana Bartol of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Multi Media; Sharon Bida of Plymouth, Welded Metal and Mixed Media; Mathew Blake of Detroit, Large Friezes of lumber and found objects; Jerome Ferretti of Detroit, Brick and Ceramic; JR of Livonia, Fabricates and Painted Metal; Chris Turner of Detroit, Large-scale Raw Metal; Lindsay Satchell of Livonia Metal and Wood; Toby Upton of Ferndale, Glass Lampwork.
A show where each artist gets to, literally, showcase their work. Most Artists will have their own glass case to display their work and Show what they are all about. The show runs Nov. 17-Dec. 22. An opening reception will be held Friday, Nov. 17 from 6-9 p.m., and a special lunchtime lecture presented by the artists takes place Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 12 p.m.
