Antiquity Collectors Charged For Forgery in Israel

JERUSALEM, ISRAEL.- Four antiquity collectors were charged of forging biblical artifacts by Israeli police. One of the forged objects is a limestone burial box that had an inscription stating it held the remains of Jesus' brother James. Last year the Antiquities Authority declared the burial box a forgery.

Shuka Dorfman, head of the Antiquities Authority, said, "This is the tip of the iceberg. We believe this is happening worldwide and has generated millions of dollars."
