NEW YORK, NY.- If you didn't make it to Miami in December, please stop in and see what you missed. On view from January 9 - February 8 is "MIA in MIA" featuring the artwork of Tobias Batz, Kevin Bourgeois, Chris Cosnowski, Beau Dunn, James Gortner, Greg Haberny, David Lyle, Anthony Mastromatteo, Cobi Moules, James Austin Murray, Aaron Nagel, Tim Okamura, Fahamu Pecou, James Rieck and also featuring the grooves of DJ EQ-Knock.

This past December was a very busy time for the gallery. Along with curating three art exhibitions at ART MIAMI, CONTEXT & AQUA, the gallery also produced SOUND/VISION MIAMI (SVM) @ Aqua, SVM illustrated the undeniable synergy between visual art and contemporary music through dynamic day-to-evening programming curated by Lyons Wier Music & Audiophile Plus.

This unique collaboration augmented the Aqua VIP Preview program and evolved throughout the fair's entire run. Emerging and established recording artists, producers and DJs activated the art fair format with musical compositions that complemented the visual art. Among the music performers were EQ-Knock (DJ), MeLo X (DJ/Producer), Shes LB (Artist/Band), Marian Mereba (Recording Artist) and Thomas Piper (Recording Artist/Producer).

FREE LIMITED EDITION EP
Lyons Wier Music also launched its first EP titled "WELCOME" at SOUND/VISION MIAMI. The limited edition EP is combined with Tobias Batz' 8 x 10 inch C-print "July" (on left). The edition size is 100 and features the music of BL'EVE, EQ-Knock, Modern Diet, Shes LB & Thomas Piper. The EP is free and the accompanying print by Tobias Batz is $ 45!
