LONDON.- In 2022, Bonhams will partner with
Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair, presenting the first ever Bonhams Prints & Multiples Showroom at the event. Edition 7 of the fair will be open from 3 November until 6 November at Woolwich Works, Woolwich, London. The pieces previewed - which include several works by British artist David Shrigley - are a selection from an online sale on Bonhams.com running from 2 November to 10 November.
Prints & Multiples Online: David Shrigley & Co at Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair is a celebration of the avant-garde of printmaking and editions through the lens of the irreverently deadpan David Shrigley. An icon of contemporary British printing, the sale will present Shrigleys works alongside that of his contemporaries including Tracey Emin, Damien Hirst, Sara Pope, Patrick Hughes and more.

WCPF is the UKs largest contemporary print fair, boasting 1000 original artworks and bringing together over 500 established and emerging artists and leading galleries. New and exciting contemporary talent is showcased in a curated exhibition, staged alongside individual gallery booths. Visitors will have the opportunity to procure works at accessible price points and enjoy a schedule of talks, workshops and live demonstrations.
The works exhibited at the Bonhams booth will be highlights from an online auction running from 2 November to 10 November on Bonhams.com, showcased on WCPF's website and Artsy. Bonhams Prints & Multiples department holds over fifteen live and online print auctions a year in London alone, spanning all artistic and historical movements. They have made significant strides in introducing the 'avant-garde printmaking' to the market, achieving auction records for many contemporary artists.
