CINCINNATI, OH.- FotoFocus announced it has launched a free Passport Program for the 2022 edition of the FotoFocus Biennial, the largest photography biennial in America, which takes place September 29 through the end of October. Accessibility is central to the mission of FotoFocus and the organization is proud to announce this is the first time in its history that the Passport Program is free.

The Passport Program provides access to more than 100 projects, invitations to exclusive events, and entry to the September 29–October 8 FotoFocus Biennial Program Week, which includes keynote lectures, talks and panel discussions with artists, curators and collaborators, film screenings, receptions, and tours.

The free 2022 Passport Program is made possible due to the kind support of: Cummins Law LLC, Bruce M. Halpryn and Chas Riebe, Betsy and Peter Niehoff, and The E. W. Scripps. Co.

“We are so grateful to our generous sponsors for subsidizing the Passport Program and providing the opportunity of free admission to all of the FotoFocus exhibitions and programs,” says Mary Ellen Goeke, FotoFocus Executive Director. “This allows us to widen our reach and build on the growing audience for photography and len-based art in our region.”

The FotoFocus Biennial will activate 90 venues throughout the month of October 2022, including museums, galleries, universities, and public spaces throughout Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky,​ ​Dayton,​ and​ Columbus, Ohio. For the complete list of projects, visit www.fotofocus.org.
