Canada Immigration Eligibility- Do I qualify for Canada Immigration?

Canada is one of the most beautiful, clean, and modern country, providing the best living experience. On the other hand, there are many opportunities you will get if you are a skilled worker, and the work environment is amazing.

That is why more and more people want to immigrate to Canada. And most of them end up in applying for the citizenship, although Canadian citizenship processing time can vary depending on many factors. However, there are some eligibility criteria to immigrate to Canada.

Canada Immigration Eligibility Requirements
There have many reasons for what people want to visit Canada. Among these, a lot of skilled workers want to be there. There have several immigration programs there like, provincial nominee program, federal skilled worker's program, etc.

However, you will have to meet many criteria for applying there to be an immigrant. These criteria or you can say eligibility requirements are as follows:

Experience required:
You must have one-year skilled work experience in Canada within the last three years before you apply. The work experience has to be full time or the same amount of time in half time.

Here one notable thing is according to the NOC (Canadian National Occupational Classification), skilled work experience is:

• Managerial works (Skill Level 0)
• Professional Works (Skill Level A)
• Technical Jobs (Skill Level B)

You at least have one of the skilled work experiences within the last three years for getting permanent immigration in Canada.

Educational requirements:
There is no educational requirement for being eligible for immigration in Canada. But educational background has a significant impact on your immigration.

It will add more score if you have post-graduation, creating the possibility to get a Yes card. So, it is best to have an excellent educational background for your immigration.

Language ability:
You have to meet the minimum level of Canadian language benchmark for being eligible for immigration. You need Canadian language benchmark 7 for getting NOC (Canadian National Occupational Classification) 0 or A jobs. If you have benchmark 5, you only get NOC B jobs.

You need to take an approved language test for reading, writing, listening, and speaking, and then you have to show these in the immigration office.

Admissibility:
There have some people who can never be eligible to get immigration in Canada. It means if you are involved in some illegal activities, you will never be admissible to Canada. These are as follows:

Criminal activity
If you are involved in any criminal activity, you will not be able to get immigration in Canada.

Human right violation
If you have any human rights violation history, you cannot go to Canada directly or indirectly.

Organized crime
If you have ever organized any crime, you cannot get immigration in Canada.

Age Restrictions:
The minimum age requirement for being a permanent resident in Canada is 18 to 35. That means if your age is in this range, it will add the highest point to your score. The minors have some other formalities of getting their immigration.

Financial Requirements:
If you want to go to Canada, you need to show sufficient funds, called proof of fund. This is an essential element here.

If you are a single person applying for Canadian immigration, you need to show approximately 12,500 CAD in your bank account. For additional people, you need to show an extra approximately 2500 CAD.
