Estimate $3,000-$5,000, the Augusta Savage: "Gamin" - Painted Clay Portrait, A rare work by an important, talented artist, Augusta Christine Fells (Moore) Savage (American, 1892-1962), a key member of the Harlem Renaissance, titled "Gamin". "Gamin" was her best-known work of the 1920s, being an informal bust portrait of her nephew, for which she was awarded a Julius Rosenwald Fellowship to study in Paris in 1929. [28" H x 15" W x 9-10" D]. Estimate $600-$800, a French Gilt Framed Enamel Plaque, depicting figures in an interior scene within a Neoclassical-style frame, inscribed lower left. Estimate $150-$250 and a Grand Tour-Style Bronze Triton Fountain Model, in the Baroque taste, after Gianlorenzo Bernini, modeled as a double shell over dolphin supports, raised on a marble plinth base. One of many top silver pieces will be a 19th Century Russian Silver Samovar, of generous proportions, with fine checker pattern and neoclassical frieze bone handles, having four insulated bone mounts urn form with detachable covers, on square base with claw feet and acanthus scroll handles; all marked, 1896. Antique furniture also makes a showing this month with the Late 19th century Victorian inlaid breakfront cabinet/sideboard/credenza, overall with burl panels and carved aesthetic movement details, the center glass door flanked by smaller doors with inset Wedgwood plaques. [47" H x 68 1/2" W x 16 1/4" D]. Estimate $1,000-$1,500, a George III Period Armchair, Neoclassical Adam cream-colored parcel painted and gilt armchair, finely upholstered. Estimate $800-$1,000 and a Continental Baroque Inlaid Vargueno Cabinet, Late 17th century Spanish or Portuguese vargueno, the ebony case with pewter string inlay around the chest, with inset marble drawer fronts, raised on gilt metal smashed bun feet.
