NEW YORK, NY.- The Association of International Photography Art Dealers has announced the addition of six new members to the non-profit organization comprising the world’s leading photography art dealers. The new members are as follows:

· Foley Gallery, New York, NY;
· Jenkins Johnson Gallery, San Francisco, CA/New York, NY;
· Paci Contemporary, Brescia, Italy;
· Taka Ishii Gallery, Tokyo, Japan;
· Von Lintel Gallery, New York, NY.

Founded in 1979, AIPAD represents more than 120 fine art photography galleries. AIPAD is dedicated to creating and maintaining the highest standards of scholarship and ethical practice in the business of exhibiting, buying, and selling fine art photography.

Feroz Gallery, Bonn, Germany, was founded in 2009 by August Sander’s great grandson Julian Sander, and represents the estate of August Sander, the private collection of Gerd Sander, the estate of Ben Somoroff, as well as contemporary photographers Sean Hemmerle, Jory Hull, Michael Somoroff, and Clark and Joan Worswick.

Foley Gallery, New York, NY, specializing in contemporary photography, was opened by Michael Foley in 2004, after several years of working with notable photography galleries including Fraenkel Gallery, Howard Greenberg Gallery, and Yancey Richardson Gallery. He is on the faculty of the School of Visual Arts, where he teaches and lectures on issues in contemporary photography.

Jenkins Johnson Gallery, San Francisco, CA, and New York, NY, has represented emerging, mid-career, established artists since being founded in 1996 in San Francisco. A second location was opened in 2001 in New York. The gallery is also committed to continuing the legacy of established 20th-century masters including Gordon Parks and Roy DeCarava.

Paci Contemporary, Brescia, Italy, was founded in 2004, and focuses on supporting contemporary photography and photo-based art through exhibitions and publications, working with such artists as Jerry Uelsmann, Phil Borges, Mario Cravo Neto, Les Krims, Arthur Tress, Clark & Pougnaud, Maggie Taylor, Sandy Skoglund, Eric Rondepierre, Michal Macku, and Teun Hocks, as well as previewing emerging international photographers in Europe.

Taka Ishii Gallery, Tokyo, Japan, was established in 1994 and presents an exhibition program devoted to contemporary Japanese and international photographers, as well as pre- and post-war artists from Japan and abroad.

Von Lintel Gallery, New York, NY, founded in Munich, Germany in 1993, and opened in Chelsea in Manhattan in 1999, emphasizes one-of-a-kind, non-editioned experimental photography.
