BELLEVUE, WA.- Bellevue Arts Museum announces the election of eight new members to its Board of Trustees in 2009. Seven members are re-elected to new terms. The BAM board is now comprised of 28 members with a diverse mix of business leaders, community volunteers and artists all dedicated to continue to foster the Museums mission as the Pacific Northwests center for the exploration of art, craft and design.
The eight new board members, elected to a three-year term, are:
Donna Barnett: Attorney, Perkins Coie
Sabrina Knowles: Artist
Donna Lutkewitte: CPA, Norris Lutkewitte PLLC
Martha Monfried: Director of Corporate Communications, Puget Sound Energy
Steve Peterson: CFO, GLY Construction
Jenny Pohlman: Artist
Samuel H. Smith: President Emeritus, Washington State University
Susan Teel: Attorney, Estate Planning
The seven board members who have been re-elected to 3-year terms are:
Carol Auerbach: Community Volunteer
Al Berger: Community Volunteer
Alexandra Muse Ehrlich: Community Volunteer
John Hepler: Director, Tiffany & Co. Bellevue
Valerie Piha: Community Volunteer
Kevin Schemm: Senior Vice President, North America Sales, Boeing Commercial Airplanes
Angela Sutter: Vice President, Wealth Management, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC
