FLINT, MI.- The
FIA will host a celebration to unveil the installation of the Flint Institute of Arts Persian Chandelier on Saturday, June 6 from 7 to 11pm. This one-of-a-kind party under glass will feature hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and a strolling dinner. Guests will be entertained throughout the evening with live music, aerial/acrobatic performers, human statues, jugglers, stilt walkers and more. Tickets for the party are $100.00 per person. The proceeds will support programs at the Flint Institute of Arts.
In conjunction with the celebration, the FIA will present two glass exhibitions - Chihuly: Seaforms and Blown Away: International Glass of the 21st Century.
