MIAMI, FL.-Art Miami is back – in a big way – and has become the most anticipated show on the famed December art circuit. The new Art Miami has changed its focus with a sexy space and added a globally impressive list of leading international galleries. Art Miami promises to be the not-to-miss art experience of the year.

“We have created a niche for influential exhibitors and have added an element of surprise and freshness that sets us apart from the other shows,” said Art Miami Director Ilana Vardy.

Why Art Miami? A 100,000 square foot, air-conditioned tent hosting 110 galleries presenting their work in a chic and spacious setting designed to enhance the art fair experience. It’s all about sensory indulgence. Art Miami is the second largest art fair after Art Basel Miami Beach and the biggest thing to hit the fair circuit since it announced new dates and venue. Art Miami features works from established galleries representing the top art markets, from California to New York to Europe and Asia. On offer is a broad range of modern and contemporary work, from cutting-edge emerging artists in the SLICE section to 20th century masters. Photography, painting, sculpture, video and works on paper will all be well represented. Accessible, strong investment-quality work ranging in price from $1,000 to $1,000,000. Easy-to-find Wynwood Art District location, in the center of the action. Art Miami is the only Wynwood fair with on-site full service restaurant offering both casual and reservation-only seating. This will undoubtedly become the art-world meeting place during Miami Art Week. Private and public shuttle services available to transport visitors to and from the show.

Art Miami is open to the public on Wednesday, December 5 from 1-7pm; Thursday, December 6 through Saturday, December 8 from 11am to 7pm; and Sunday, December 9 from 11am to 5pm. A press preview will be held on Tuesday, December 4 from 3-5pm followed by a private preview from 5-9pm. General admission tickets for Art Miami are available on site at the box office and cost $15 a day; $9 for seniors, students and groups of 10 or more. Children under 12 are free.
