Untamed Painting (Indómita pintura) is the first institutional exhibition in Madrid dedicated to Juana González (Puertollano, 1972). In addition, CentroCentro will feature two new projects that delve into the intimate underlying creative histories of visual artists in Madrid: Give Me Your Hands: An Archive of Female Creators (Me das tus manos. Archivo de mujeres creadoras), a sculptural and artistic research project by Elena Jiménez that uses plaster casts to gather the physical handprints of contemporary female artists and creators; and Private Collection (Colección particular), an exploration by Teresa Moro of her personal encounters with Madrid-based artists, captured through the objects, spaces, and narratives that emerged in their studios. Both projects will be open to the public from October 22 2026 to April 18 2027.
