NEW YORK.- Praxis Studio (Delia Bajo and Brainard Carey) presents Dreams and Possibilities in the Sculpture Court of the Whitney at Altria. Working with an extended team, they transform the Whitney at Altria into an installation that doubles as a film set. As viewers enter the environment, they become cast members of a participatory feature film in the making. Using a hybrid process they call Metalobe, Praxis blends web technology and traditional film industry techniques to establish a new form of filmmaking with user-generated content. Enter online at http://www.twobodies.com/metalobe.
Presented in conjunction with Breakout Sessions at Whitney Museum at Altria.
