Varvara Roza expands artist roster with three new signings
Hynek Martinec, Nathaniel Rackowe and Paul Hodgson join the roster of London-based art advisor Varvara Roza, alongside Winston Branch, Anthony Daley, Philip Tsiaras, Manolis Anastasakos and Ioannis Lassithiotakis.

LONDON.- London-based art manager and advisor Varvara Roza has announced the representation of three leading contemporary artists: Hynek Martinec, Nathaniel Rackowe, and Paul Hodgson. They join a roster that already includes Winston Branch, Anthony Daley, Philip Tsiaras, Manolis Anastasakos, and Ioannis Lassithiotakis, consolidating Roza’s reputation as one of the city’s most dynamic emerging figures in contemporary art.

The announcement comes as Roza unveils an ambitious 2025–2026 programme, which will open in November with a solo exhibition of Nathaniel Rackowe, curated by internationally acclaimed curator Vassiliki Tzanakou at 8 Duke Street St James’s.

Roza has long championed artists of international standing, including Winston Branch OBE, whose five-decade career has earned him a place in the collections of Tate Britain, the VCA, and the British Museum. Most recently, Roza secured a landmark co- representation with Goodman Gallery, further elevating Branch’s international profile.

Roza also champions the award-winning abstract-expressionist painter Anthony Daley, whose celebrated exhibition Son of Rubens at Dulwich Picture Gallery captivated critics and audiences alike, along with the renowned artist Philip Tsiaras, who is soon to announce a collaboration with a leading art gallery.

The latest additions to her roster bring distinctive new perspectives. Nathaniel Rackowe, the British sculptor celebrated for his monumental light installations, designed to recreate the experience of navigating the city around us, including commissions for Saint Laurent and installations at London’s Royal Festival Hall; Hynek Martinec, the renowned Czech British contemporary artist known for his innovative fusion of classical painting techniques with conceptual and experimental approaches, and the British multidisciplinary artist Paul Hodgson, whose work deconstructs visual languages within the history of art t leading to the formation of a fixed artwork.

‘Each of these artists offers something profoundly distinct’, says Roza, ’what unites them is not style, but distinctive talent, sincerity and a depth of vision. My role is to create the conditions where those voices can be seen and heard with integrity beyond the structures of the marketplace.”

The expansion underscores Roza’s ambition to position Varvara Roza Galleries at the heart of London’s international art scene. At a moment when the market is often defined by speculation and volatility, her ethos remains clear: purpose before profit, talent and integrity above all.
