RM Sotheby's to offer one the most spectacular and carefully curated collections of supercars ever gathered
RM Sotheby’s will offer the collection in a standalone sale at the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zürich on 11 October 2025.

LONDON.- The Tailored for Speed Collection is one of the most carefully curated collections of supercars, hypercars, and competition machines to be offered at auction in Europe. This exceptional single-owner collection of 42 cars presents serious collectors with an opportunity to acquire some of the most significant automobiles produced over the past 35 years. The collection features many rare—and in some cases unique—cars, boasting remarkable specifications. Amongst the highlights are a Ferrari 333 SP with incredible race history, while the road car collection features some of the world’s most desirable limited-run hypercars from Ferrari, Pagani, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and Bentley.

The Ferrari XX ‘Full Set’

Never before have all three of Ferrari’s Corse Clienti XX Programme cars been offered from a single collection. Given that this year marks the 20th anniversary of the successful XX Programme, there could be no better time to acquire this trio of rare, advanced track machines.

2009 Ferrari FXX Evoluzione - The basis for the FXX was of course the Enzo, that instantly identifiable flagship speed machine that distilled Formula One technologies and styling into a track-only car. Benefitting from a beautiful, rare paint colour, as well as an upgrade to Evoluzione specifications, this FXX is a particularly distinctive example, being the third-to-last car built. It has been retained by the factory with the other FXX examples for its owner to participate in Corse Clienti FXX-Programme events. Most recently the car has participated in the Corse Clienti meet during the 2024 Finali Mondiali and is ready to be enjoyed in the Corse Clienti Programme by its next caretaker (Estimate: CHF 3,200,000 – CHF 3,700,000).

2012 Ferrari 599XX Evoluzione - Approximately the 39th of 45 examples built, and fully maintained by the factory’s XX Programme division. Created to develop track-only performance available only to Ferrari’s top clients, this 599XX is among the final batch of cars built and desirably featured the Evo upgrade package from new. Initially finished in Rosso Fuoco paint, the 599XX was later refinished in Blu Opaco Corsa, effectively matching its similarly styled stablemates, the FXX and FXX K (Estimate: CHF 2,300,000 – CHF 2,800,000).

2016 Ferrari FXX K Evoluzione - Delivered new to the Tailored for Speed Collection and subsequently upgraded by Ferrari Corse Clienti to Evoluzione specifications. Certified in 2017 as a matching-numbers example with a Ferrari Classiche Red Book, this striking FXX K Evo is finished in two-tone Blu Corsa Opaco with Nero Stellato Opaco accents, which beautifully offset the Nero Alcantara interior. Chassis number 218329 would make an outstanding acquisition for any supercar enthusiast, racing participant, or marque aficionado (Estimate: CHF 4,000,000 – CHF 4,500,000).

Further Highlights Among the Track and Competition Cars

1998 Ferrari 333 SP - The car offered is one of the most important 333 SPs in existence. The 23rd of 41 examples built, it was the overall winner of the 1999 Sports Racing World Cup rounds at Barcelona and Monza, as well as securing four further podiums, which combined to help JB Giesse Racing claim the 1999 SR1 Teams’ title. Raced by Emmanuel Collard and Vincenzo Sospiri to the Drivers’ Championship, it was certified by Ferrari Classiche in April 2010 and remains highly eligible for Ferrari Corse Clienti, among other premier racing events.

For its inaugural ISRS season, JB Giesse Racing adopted the 333 SP model. It paid great dividends, leading to a Teams’ Championship title in 1998. A year later, the squad continued with the 333 SP, running no fewer than three different examples. Chassis 023 was the second of the three, and it started in all nine races of the 1999 season (the series was renamed to the Sports Racing World Cup), driven by 1998 champions Emmanuel Collard and Vincenzo Sospiri (Estimate: CHF 4,500,000 – CHF 5,000,000).

2019 Ferrari 488 GTE Evo - One of a pair of important 488 race cars to feature in the collection. Supplied new to championship-winning team Iron Lynx, it is a three-time entrant into the 24 Hours of Le Mans; finishing on the podium with a 3rd in class in 2021. It contested the ELMS over three seasons, achieving four class victories en route to winning the LMGTE category Drivers’ and Teams’ Championship titles in 2021 and scored a 5th in class result in the 2022 edition of the 1000 Miles of Sebring. Estimated at CHF 850,000 to CHF 1,200,000, the car is offered without reserve.

2020 Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo - This example claimed overall victory in the prestigious 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps in 2021. Entered as a Scuderia Ferrari Works car, sponsored by Iron Lynx, it was entered in the PRO category and driven by 24 Hours of Le Mans winner works drivers Alessandro Pier Guidi and Nicklas Nielsen. It would go on to achieve five additional class victories during its 2021 GT World Challenge Endurance Cup Drivers’ Championship title and steered Iron Lynx to second in the 2021 GTWC Europe Endurance Cup Teams’ table. Estimated at CHF 800,000 – CHF 1,000,000, it is also offered without reserve.

Highlights from the Road Car Collection

The road car portion of the collection is an extensive selection of some of the world’s rarest and most desirable sports cars, supercars, and hypercars, spanning the past 50 years, many of which are offered without reserve.

2021 Pagani Huayra Roadster BC - The 33rd of only 40 examples produced to honour Benny Caiola, Pagani Automobili’s first customer. Offered from its original owner with fewer than 550 km since new, the Huayra Roadster BC is a more hardcore, track-focused evolution of the Huayra Roadster, limited to just 40 units. While visually related to the BC Coupe, with an engine tuned to deliver 791 horsepower, it is both an object of automotive art and the ultimate driving machine (Estimate: CHF 3,200,000 - CHF 3,500,000).

2024 Pagani Utopia - The fifth of only 99 examples produced. Finished in Rosso Dubai and red visual carbon fiber over red-and-black leather upholstery with red carbon fibre detailing throughout, it is one of very few early Utopia chassis built with the Xtrac seven-speed automated-manual transmission. Delivered to Switzerland and offered from its original ownership, it is a truly outstanding example of the latest in hypercar technology (Estimate: CHF 2,400,000 - CHF 2,800,000).

2024 Ferrari Daytona SP3 - The third instalment in the exclusive Icona Series and one of just 600 examples. Regarded by many as one of the most beautiful hypercars ever created, the stunning design is inspired by Ferrari’s successful sports car prototypes of the 1960s. LaFerrari-based, but with a naturally aspirated V-12 powerplant, this 829-horsepower marvel was constructed via Ferrari’s Tailor Made program in a bespoke Rosso shade over a Blu Elettrico Alcantara interior. A Swiss-market, single-ownership example delivered new to the current owner in December 2023 (Estimate: CHF 3,700,000 – CHF 4,200,000).

2021 Ferrari Monza SP1 - One of just 499 examples of the limited-edition Monza SP produced, the car offered features a bespoke Tailor Made configuration by its sole owner; finished in a custom shade of Rosso with Grigio nose section and Bianco accents over an interior featuring a single seat in Jeans Aunde Blu. A Swiss-market example, it is virtually as-new and displays just 78 kilometres at the time of cataloguing (Estimate: CHF 1,800,000 - CHF 2,000,000).

2021 Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 - Lamborghini’s first foray into hybrid hypercar production and one of only 63 examples made. With the odometer reading a mere 352 kilometres at the time of cataloguing, the Sián has been looked after with dealer maintenance provided by Lamborghini Zürich. For those who might have missed out on the limited-run Sián on its initial reveal, the Tailored for Speed Collection now presents a chance to acquire a nearly new example that has been meticulously cared for by its owner (Estimate: CHF 1,700,000 - CHF 2,000,000).

2017 Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta - One of only 210 examples of the open-top iteration of the LaFerrari hybrid flagship. The example offered is stunning in the rare colour combination of Bianco Italia metallic paint over Nero leather with Giallo accents. Delivered new to Switzerland, it has been retained by the collection as the sole owner and has been fastidiously maintained with just 3,929 kilometres at the time of cataloguing (Estimate: CHF 3,800,000 - CHF 4,200,000).

2014 Ferrari LaFerrari - Finished in the elegant and ultra-rare shade of Grigio Ferro Metallic over a cabin trimmed in grey and black Alcantara. The desirable specification includes exposed carbon fibre wing mirror arms, front splitter, diffuser, rear fog light housing, plus a more recent addition of centre-lock, forged wheels from the track-only FXX K. Impeccably maintained by official Swiss Ferrari dealerships since new, with service and battery check completed by official Ferrari dealer Kessel of Zug in June 2025 (Estimate: CHF 2,800,000 - CHF 3,000,000).

2012 Ferrari SA Aperta - Among the rarest of all of Ferrari’s modern limited production cars, the SA Aperta was built in a stated production of only 80 examples constructed to celebrate Pininfarina’s 80th anniversary. Presented in sensational one-off livery of Blu Pozzi with Bianco Avus accents over a cabin of Rosso leather with Bianco detailing and painted Ferrari shields, it is a uniquely specified example with an incredibly long options list, preceding the Tailor Made program. This SA Aperta was configured from new with its 599 GTO-style grille and wheels, plus interior details including piano black centre console, making it a true one-off (Estimate: CHF 1,400,000 - CHF 1,600,000).
