| James Turrell's Exhibition Extended at YSP |

WEST BRETTON, UK.- James Turrells mesmerising exhibition of colour and light at Yorkshire Sculpture Park has been extended over the Christmas period by popular demand. Turrells series of light works transforms the Underground Gallery into wonderful colour, light and space installations, featuring Ganzfeld: Tight End 2005, a work created for YSP which envelops the entire space and viewer in a blue radiance.
The exhibition was due to close earlier in the year, but high visitor numbers and repeat visits have prompted the Park to extend it.
A spokesperson said, Turrells illusions of infinity are both exhilarating and bewildering and this memorable experience is particularly powerful at this time of year
The exhibition is open daily from 10-4pm. Yorkshire Sculpture Park is closed for Christmas 23, 24 and 25th December.
Exhibition supported by Abstract Select Limited, The Henry Moore Foundation and Arts Council England.
