In the Art arena, Roland presented an Italian School: Madonna & Child oil on wood panel painting, 17th/18th century interior Renaissance scene, "The Bartolini Tondo", after Filippo Lippi (Italian, 1406-1469) depicting scenes from the life of St. Anne, the mother of Mary, seated with the Christ child on a throne, in an elaborately carved Baroque giltwood and sgraffito frame. The original is in the Galleria Palatina, Palazzo Pitti, Florence. [Frame: 51" H x 31 1/2" W; Art 21 1/2"H x 16 7/8"W], which sold for $8,125 and a Georgy Bashinzhagyan (Armenian, 1857-1925) Landscape - unframed oil on canvas painting, dated 1911, of a landscape with river and cottages, signed and dated lower right.
