Tenral, Best Stamping Parts Company

Metal stamping is a cold-forming technique that shapes sheet metal into various forms using stamping presses and dies. Flat sheet metal pieces, also known as blanks, are fed into a sheet metal stamping press, which shapes the metal into a new shape using a tool and die surface.

The material to be stamped is placed between die sections by production facilities and metal fabricators that offer stamping services. This procedure is completed in stamping parts company, Tenral. Pressure is then applied to the die sections to shape and shear the material into the final shape that is required for the product or component.

Materials available at Tenral

Tenral is a stamping parts manufacturer In China that provides steel materials. You can find coating steel, aluminium, cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass. Using the best equipment, they produce the safe steels for industrial purposes.

In addition to stamping, metal stamping China machines may also cast, punch, cut, and shape metal sheets. Computer numerical control (CNC) or programming capabilities enable machines to provide high precision and repeatability for every stamped piece.

Accuracy is ensured via computer-aided design (CAD) software and electrical discharge machining (EDM). There are several tooling machines available for the dies used in the stampings.

Progressive die stamping operations

A series of stamping stations are used in progressive die stamping. Using progressive stamping dies, a reciprocating stamping press is fed a coil of metal. As the press descends, the die closes to stamp the metal and shape the part. The die travels in tandem with the press. The metal travels horizontally to the next station as the press rises.

Tenral offers services for finishing various metals, such as brass, aluminium, stainless steel, and steel. We can quickly identify the best metal finishing solution by understanding the properties of any material and combining them with the manufacturing needs of the customer.

Since the portion is still attached to the metal strip, these movements need to be properly aligned. The newly-fabricated portion is separated from the remaining metal at the last station. Because progressive die stamping is very reproducible and the dies endure a long time without breaking, it's perfect for large batches.

The metal is cut, bent, or punched differently at each stage of the process, gradually giving the final product the shape and appearance that is intended. Additionally, there is less wasted scrap and the process is faster without much negative impact on the production.

For numerous industries, including automotive, lighting, plumbing and HVAC, energy, furniture, marine, appliances, electrical, agriculture, entertainment, and industrial equipment, TenraL has been designing and producing a wide range of intricate and precise metal parts.

The soft, silvery-white metal aluminium is renowned for having a high strength to weight ratio. Because of this, stamped components made of aluminium and its alloys are ideally suited to be lightweight while maintaining high levels of strength and stability.
