MUNCIE, IN.- In honor of the 70th anniversary of the Ball State University Museum of Art, we have assembled an exceptional collection of recently acquired works of art called Reordering the Universe. This exciting group of nearly three dozen acquisitions is divided into several classifications based on the artworks' meaning, technique, style, and message.

Members of the BSU faculty have lent their specialized viewpoints and analytical skills to describing the works of art in this exhibition, providing a clearer glimpse into the life of the artworks and the time in which they were made. Talented faculty from the departments of History, Modern Languages and Classics, Family and Consumer Sciences, Art, Anthropology, and more contributed to this exhibition. This gives the collection an especially transcending, interdisciplinary flavor.
