NEW YORK, NY.- Daata, the groundbreaking digital art incubator that curates, commissions, and sells all forms of digital art, announced today its latest initiative within the digital art and NFT space. On the heels of Daata's recently launched NFT marketplace, the company now offers a membership NFT, a limited edition of 500 by artist collective Keiken, known as the Daataverse Membership NFT.

“We’re thrilled to debut the Daataverse Membership NFT, the next step in the evolution of our NFT platform,” states David Gryn, Founder and Director of Daata. “It’s been terrific to be a part of the Web3 revolution and the explosion of the NFT market over the past year has brought attention to digital art, which we’ve championed since 2015. We’re excited to continue to innovate and engage with our dedicated community of artists, collectors, and creatives through a membership NFT both online in the Daataverse and IRL through activations and events around the world.”

The Daataverse Membership NFT is a work of art in itself. Resembling a revolving silver coin, it is embossed with a pegasus on the outer rim and the inner circle holds the Daata ‘d’ amongst a kaleidoscope of jewel colors. Once purchased, the Daataverse Membership NFT grants the owner access to a constellation of competitive benefits including early-bird access to NFT drops and ticket sales for Daata’s special events, as well as various exclusive invitations, give-aways, previews, and discounts. The token also serves as a key to Daata’s network of prestigious artists, academics, curators, writers, and artists through daily community interaction via the private members’ chatroom on Daata’s Discord server. NFT-holders can also look forward to regular monthly, quarterly, and annual activity, such as guest lectures by the world’s leading artists and curators. Confirmed speakers include Jennifer and Kevin McCoy, aaajiao, and Christiane Paul (Curator, Whitney).

In keeping with Daata’s artist-centric mission of collaboration, the Daataverse functions as a digital ecosystem rooted in discourse, networking, innovation, and nurturing of boundary-bending creativity. The addition of the Membership NFT takes the Daataverse to new heights, allowing for more thoughtful engagement with collectors, users, and collaborators.

“We’re honored to design the first ever membership NFT for Daata,” states Keiken. “We have collaborated with Daata on an ongoing basis and value their artist-driven approach to digital art and the Metaverse.”
