This season features the dedicated, single-owner auction Celestial Brilliance - The Wang Xing Lou Collection of Imperial Qing Dynasty Porcelain, and the leading lot of the season A Magnificent and Extremely Rare Large Doucai Vase to be offered in the highly anticipated Important Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art sale, which will showcase an exceptional selection of magnificent and important Chinese treasures from private collections and institutions.

The standalone Celestial Brilliance The Wang Xing Lou Collection of Imperial Qing Dynasty Porcelain sale presents an exquisite selection of 28 pieces of Imperial porcelain from three of the most prominent reigns of the Qing Dynasty: Kangxi, Yongzheng, and Qianlong. This long-awaited collection has not been seen at auction for over two decades, and is sure to generate much excitement in the saleroom. The Important Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art sale will showcase a key highlight A Magnificent And Extremely Rare Large Doucai Vase which is from the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute of Utica, New York. Proceeds from the sale of the lot will benefit The Helen Munson Williams Acquisition Fund, solely for the purchase of artworks for the institutes permanent collection (please click HERE for the dedicated press release).
