Xigem Technologies Corporation On Remote Work

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of employers have adopted a remote working situation, and many new technologies have promoted it.

Most employees like to have some say when it comes to their working situations. A lot of employees say that they like to at least have the possibility of remote work options from week to week. More and more employers are also starting to adopt a hybrid working environment that mixes things up a bit and offers working from home from time to time. Technologies have been advancing rapidly over the past few years, making remote work more and more effective for everyone that partakes in it.

Xigem Technologies is a technology provider that supports the remote working economy. They have recently provided information on the current status of remote work, stating that they are currently working on new iAgent technology that has a patent-pending on it.

It has been over a year since many companies have started widely adopting remote working capabilities, and a lot of the companies that adopted remote work have stated that they will be keeping remote work for the foreseeable future.

There was a study conducted on almost 210,000 people throughout a total of 190 countries that found that almost 90% of the people that did the study would rather have the choice to work from home every now and then. People that worked in digital jobs seemed to have a higher preference for working from home, and 70% of them have stated that they have been working fully or partially remotely.

There was another survey conducted surrounding workers in the United States. It revealed that 68% of people said that there should be a hybrid workplace model that gave them the ability to work from home at least once per week. 87% of people in the survey said that they have been working from home throughout the entire COVID-19 crisis. 42% of the people surveyed stated that they'll be seeking other employment opportunities if the company they currently work for doesn't provide long-term remote work solutions into the future.

Another study that was conducted analyzed data on 30,000 workers in the United States. It found that the productivity of the workers gave a boost to the economy by 5%, mainly because of the cost-savings resulting from driving to and from work every single day. It was also because of the new technologies that are available.

One analyst found that around 60% of companies are going to be offering a hybrid workplace model that will give people the ability to work from both their homes and the office. A lot of companies have already adopted remote working strategies that allowed people to partially work from home.

Many employment listings on job board websites have revealed that remote working opportunities have doubled in the last year alone, and it is now seen as a useful recruiting tool to attract candidates to certain positions of employment.

There was some research conducted recently that discovered that around 30% of people working remotely stated that they have been dealing with some troubles in maintaining their motivation levels. They went on to say they are trying to adequately deal with interruptions and management challenges that tend to arise with remote work.

The CEO of Xigem Technologies stated that there is no doubt that the remote working environment has made a drastic change in the way businesses run. Before the pandemic, not every business was well-versed in all of the technology available that could make remote work possible.

The Xigem Technologies CEO said that iAgent software will really assist companies in being able to manage their teams, clients, and customers across different geographies and markets. They stated that new customer opportunities are always being actively pursued and that the remote management of people is the backbone of the strategy.
