CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) is a global recognized technology practice-based qualification certificate, as the first qualification certificate for the professional in the field of Information System Management and Security, and has been widely recognized by all industries around the world. ISACA Computer Based Testing (CBT) was implemented in 2017. CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT Certifications all implements computer test, which provides more convenient, flexible and sufficient examination time for the candidates! The following is some important information about ISACA Series Certification 2021. Please read it carefully.

Early registration fee: ISACA member: USD 525,Nonmember: USD 710.
Late registration fee: ISACA member: USD 575,Nonmember: USD 760.
Notes: The difference between the official members and nonmembers is that members need to pay USD 135 / year to the official, and the registration fee is USD 10, and the Hong Kong Branch is USD 70 / year (Note: at present, Chinese mainland candidates must join the Hong Kong branch, otherwise they can't take the exam.) The membership fee is USD 215 each year. There is no preferential fee for nonmember examination. Whether members or nonmembers will not affect the application for examination registration and certification of candidates. However, the Information System Audit and Risk Control Document Resources on ISACA Website are only allowed to be downloaded by members, so candidates can enter the meeting as they need.

To view a tentative list of test points, visit www.isaca.org/examlocations.
Test language: Chinese, English, German, Spanish and some other languages. Students can choose their own language habits when they register for the exam. These exam rooms and languages are for reference only and may be changed at any time. Since the examination registration fee is not refundable, it is recommended that candidates check this list before applying for and paying the examination fee or confirm with the SPOTO, the ISACA Training Service Provider, to ensure that there are test points in the area where they plan to take the exam. When making an appointment to schedule the exam date on the website of PSI, you can get the latest list. Only after receiving the application form and examination fee, the examinee is qualified to set the date of the examination. The examination fee is not refundable and non transferable.
4. To Sign up Online Through ISACA:
1) .Visit www.isaca.og/examreg ,and select your certification
2) .Log in or create an account. When creating an account, make sure your name is consistent with the Government Issued Identification Certificate that was presented on the day of the examination. Please refer to the identification section on the day of the examination for the allowed form of identification certification.
3) .When paying the examination fee, click the Complete Purchase button, which means you accept and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of ISACA and all the conditions specified in this Certification Test Guide, including Examination Management, Certification Rules and the Release of Test Results.
5. Registration Receipt
Within one working day after the registration and payment of the examination fee, an email will be sent to the examinee, which contains information about the certification examination, the language of the examination and the way of making an appointment for the date of the examination.
6. Change of Examination Registration Information
1) .Login www.isaca.org.
2) .Click the my ISACA tab.
3) .Click MyPROFILE>Account-Certification CPE-Demographic Info.
4) .Click the Edit button at the bottom of the file to revise.
5) . Click Save.
If there is a wrong test type (CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CGEIT) or language errors, please submit this information to support@isaca.org. You must complete all changes no later than 48 hours before the scheduled exam.
7. Appointment for Examination Date
When you receive an email for scheduling notifications, you can continue as follows:
1) .Login www.isaca.org/myisaca.
2) .Click the My Certifications Tab, and then click the Schedule Exam button. You will re-enter the PSI website.
3) .Continue on the PSI Website
ISACA will not refund the registration fee if the candidate fails to make an appointment for the date of the examination or postpone the examination to the next time range.
8. Rearrange and Postpone the Examination
Rescheduling (within the time range of the examination): candidates who cannot take the exam on the scheduled date can reschedule the exam within the same period of examination. If you reschedule 48 hours before the scheduled exam date, no fee will be charged. Otherwise, candidates must take the scheduled examinations. If they can't, ISACA will not refund the registration fee. Visit www.isaca.org/myisaca, log in to your ISACA Profile and click My Certifications to reschedule the exam date online.
9. Delayed Examination:
Candidates may choose to extend their non-scheduled or canceled examinations to the subsequent examination period and pay a fee of USD 200. Candidates have only one chance to postpone the examination. To postpone the exam to a later one, you need to complete the following steps:
1) .If you have an appointment for an exam, you must cancel the appointment at least 48 hours before the examination. Please login www.isaca.org/myisaca, and then click My Certifications. Candidates who have not yet made an appointment for the examination need not do that.
2) .You must visit www.isaca.org/examdefer before the deadline of the time range of the examination, and pay the delayed examination fee.
3) .The new schedule notification email will contain an updated exam period, and you can make an appointment for a new date according to the schedule procedure after receiving the email.
10. Re-take the Exam
Candidates can only take one exam during each examination period. If the examinee fails the examination for the first time, he must sign up for another exam during the period after the examination, and complete the payment and appointment arrangement.
