Danysz launches its secondary market department
Clemence Demolling - Head of the secondary market Department.

PARIS.- 2021 marks a new stage in Danysz gallery’s development with the launch of a department dedicated to the secondary market. Involved on a daily basis in enriching art collections, in searching for exceptional and historic street art masterpieces for private and public clients, the gallery relies on 30 years of expertise in this field.

Following the gallery’s success on the primary market, with its discoveries, the promotion and the production of contemporary talents, the gallery places this department in the continuity of its activities. It relies on its founder’s status as a recognized expert by the Compagnie Nationale des Experts in 2010. With this new department, the gallery offers a range of tailor-made services, from artworks valuation to advising collectors in resale, as well as helping in setting up their art collections.

Clemence Demolling is appointed Director of the Secondary Market Department and shares her enthusiasm for "an expanding market where the quality and the historicity take precedence both in the purchase and the resale of the artworks. It is also a consecration for the artists we have exhibited and continue to support unconditionally."

A Board member of the French Art Galleries Committee (CPGA), Danysz gallery, founded in 1991 by Magda Danysz, is located in Paris, Shanghai and London and has participated in the emergence of artists who have become internationally recognized such as Futura, Shepard Fairey, Invader and JR, as well as the production of institutional exhibitions worldwide (Art From The Streets at the Art Science Museum in Singapore, Art From The Streets at the CAFA Art Museum in Beijing - China, Street Generation(s) at the Condition Publique in France) and the publishing of books as From Style Writing to Art (DRAGO, 2008), A Street Art Anthology in French, English and Spanish (Gallimard, 2015).
