Everyday Carry is the kit that will upgrade your life to another level.

The popularity of EDC Ninja is getting bigger and bigger. Potential customers are endlessly scrolling down media pages and photos to get one of EDC Ninja kits. But most still do not get a clear understanding of what Everyday Carry is. We have written this article so you can get the answer to all your questions about Everyday Carry and know how to choose one.

A step into the world of Everyday Carry

In simple terms, Everyday Carry (commonly initialized as EDC) is a special wallet where you can put your phone, knife, flashlight, and many other items. It's the gear that you carry with you every single day. And it is not just wallet as EDC as a whole has become so much more than that.

Everyday Carry is like your organizer, which helps you align your most important items comfortably. Soon after use, you will find EDC indispensable. Your Everyday Carry will be a thing you will go to your pocket first before even entering your house, the thing you will feel helpless without and even may throw off the day if you did not take it with yourself.

As Everyday Carry is built upon the principle of utility, this item is going to make your life more comfortable and even increase productivity.

Commonly used items found in Everyday Carry

EDC may include a watch, multitool, and many other things. There are items, though, which people often use, in other terms, commonly found items in Everyday Carry. But it does not mean that watch or other things can never be found in EDC, as we fill our kit according to our needs. So here we provide the most common items carried in EDC:

Phone: Modern smartphones have already become part of people’s everyday life. People carry tons of important information, make calls, relax their minds with just almost tiny gadgets. Imagine if it crass, fell off unexpectedly, or you lose it somewhere. You may be lost in the world and cannot get work done. Every day Carry may help to prevent this. Just put your phone inside your EDC and feel secure from any unexpected damage.

Wallet: All of us carry cards, IDs, cash, and these are valuable things. Losing this could have damaging consequences, as restoring ID and cards could require time and money. Putting them into a wallet and then into EDC could greatly secure your belongings.

Keychain: EDC is not only for securing things, but it also helps to sort items out. When you have several keys, you would not like to feel metallic things in your pocket. It would be much comfortable to put them into your EDC and feel secure for your keys at the same time.

Knife: Some of you may be travelers. In that case, EDC is even more important. Along with the phone, flashlight, you may need a knife. But it is not limited to tourists, as ordinary people might find necessity in a knife. With a knife, you safely do the cutting rather than using your teeth or key.

Paper: Although we live in a digital world and do writing on your phone or laptop, for some cases notebook is irreplaceable. Some want to keep the unique feeling of writing on paper. So EDC is good to keep your notes safe.

Pen: How you can carry a notebook without a pen. Pick some different colored pens and align them on your Every Day Carry. The pen will help you in taking notes and do much other paperwork.

The most important tips for effective use of EDC

1. Equip your EDC with the most important items. Another philosophy under EDC is practicality. To achieve this, you should try to avoid putting items that you would never use. Why to keep your EDC full, better give a breath to it. Why take for your job a flashlight when you have the light of your phone? If you went traveling and want to save your phone battery, then taking a flashlight would be a wise choice.

2. Choose the size of your EDC according to your needs. A small kit is comfortable and fits your pocket. A medium-sized one can be carried inside your shoulder bag. A larger EDC suits a small backpack. So, choose it depending on how you use it.

3. Always take care of your EDC. Keep your EDC clean and review the items you use every day and the ones you never even touch. Take only the necessary tools to keep your EDC organized.
