3 Lip Smacking Protein-Rich Recipes

Having protein and amino acids rich food helps you to get the perfect lean body that you always dreamt of. We will share some lip-smacking recipes that will not only satiate your taste buds but will also fulfil the nutrient needs of your body.

1. Banana Chocolate Shake Using Whey Protein Powder

We all love to enjoy shakes and making that at home that too with a lot of nutrients is going to be a healthy treat for your taste buds. To make banana chocolate shake you will need to have:

• 1 ripe banana,
• 1 scoop of chocolate MuscleBlaze whey protein powder,
• one scoop of peanut butter,
• 200 ml of low-fat or fat-free milk

• Two cups of finely powdered rolled oats
• One teaspoon cinnamon powder

• Half tablespoon of baking powder
• Half teaspoon of baking soda

• 10 to 12 ounces of low-fat cream cheese
• One big cup of chopped walnuts
• 1 cup of milk

To make the carrot protein cake you have to first preheat the baking oven at about 180 degrees Centigrade for around 10 minutes. In the meantime, you have to mix all the above-mentioned ingredients into a bowl, and blend them properly. Once done with blending and air folding, pour the mixture into a baking tin that is greased properly and then bake the batter for about 40 to 45 minutes at 180 degrees Centigrade.

3. Whey Protein Cookies

Let us now try something to satiate your cravings for a chocolate cookie. To make a healthy and yummy cookie that is rich in whey protein you will require:

• 45g of finely ground oats powder
• 50g of chocolate MuscleBlaze whey powder
• 3 tablespoon of cashew butter and cacao powder each
• A fistful of chopped almonds
• 1.5 tablespoon of olive oil
• 200ml of skimmed milk or you can also use almond milk.

To make the protein cookies at first you need to preheat the baking oven to 180°C for 10 minutes. Blend all the above-mentioned ingredients properly without pouring milk to it. Pour the mixture in a bowl and then add milk as required. Line a baking tray with butter paper, scoop the batter and put them evenly on the tray. Heat the oven for around 15 minutes, pull out the tray and let the cookies cool down.
