Marijuana is No Longer Outlawing

A substance called drug is widely used to cure or prevent a disorder in human or animal health. It changes the functions or boosts our health's performance, and the effect can be both physiological and psychological. Medicine, curer, is the synonyms of the word drug. Scientists and technologists invented an enormous number of drugs, and till now, this invention process is going on. When medicine has more side-effects than its curing capabilities, generally, the Government or society creates a restriction on the use of the following drug. And sometimes, the drug becomes banned.

Obtaining Card to Consume
The use of a drug in the right manner means, according to an expert’s prescription, works as a cure. But in the present time, some study reports showed that numerous people are using drugs without the medication's purpose. Some medicines are in the list of general use like drugs for cold, fever, pain, etc. but few drugs are entirely restricted or banned to produce. Marijuana is one of those listed under prohibition in many countries, and in some other countries, the regulation is strict. In the United States, consuming marijuana is allowed, but within some rules. And the first rule is, individuals must have their marijuana cards to consume, and the purpose of consumption must be for the medication. According to the law, in Florida, one can only have marijuana if a certified marijuana physician recommends and creates a consumption routine. If one desires to obtain a marijuana card in his pocket or her clutch, they need to follow several steps.

Firstly, one needs to go to the center where doctors with a marijuana certificate can provide the medication through marijuana. The physician will then observe the symptoms of that individual and disclose with a report consisting of the positive or negative result regarding if he is eligible to have marijuana. Indeed, the doctor will only inform the eligibility by keeping the law of Florida.

Secondly, if the individual’s medical report means the negative, then there is no question to forward towards marijuana, and the desire to obtain a marijuana card turns into a forlorn hope. Nonetheless, if the physician found that the patient is eligible to consume marijuana, the individual will get an ID number, which means the patient's name is in the list of marijuana programs.

Thirdly, the part comes to create a profile by online application and pay the fees regulated by the Government of Florida. An individual can create a profile by online form on the state's website, and the first requirement is the patient’s ID number. The other conditions are general as in different ways like name, address, contact, residency proof, and all. Meanwhile, the physician will register the patient's ID in Florida's particular registry book, which is only for marijuana patients. The application fee is around 75 dollars, and physician charge varies and the price of marijuana in the marijuana drug store.

Fourthly, the term comes renewing the card. In the phase, after the 210 days, that individual has to consult the marijuana medication center again. Physicians will also observe the state of the patient, and after that, one can also obtain the card for the next 210 days validity. It is better to take the renewing step 30 days earlier before the card meets the expiry date.

And if someone is thinking of the stores and buying, the steps to getting a medical card and the prescription of the physician to any marijuana medical center. Each center has the right to produce marijuana products as well as grow plants to sell. So, one can go to any of the states’ marijuana medication center and purchase marijuana.
