How To Be A More Creative Artists

Art is all about creativity, but what about when you don’t have any creativity left? Maybe you’ve used it all up or maybe you feel like you are stuck in a rut. You’ve likely heard of writer’s block, right? Well, this is the same concept. What about those times when you want to simply be more creative? Maybe you don’t feel like you are lacking in creativity. Maybe you just feel like you’d like to put a new spin on things. Whatever the situation is, you’ve come to the right place. Creativity is no easy feat, and trying to put a new twist on it makes things even that much more difficult. Luckily, you are going to learn some information here that can help you with what you are looking to achieve.

Finding The Best Time
The best place to start is to find the best time. This might not make a lot of sense right now, but it will when you are done reading this. Do you feel like your powers of observation are betting in the morning or at night? Are you more alert during the morning, afternoon, or right before you go to bed? For most individuals, each and every day revolves around a set routine that you’ve likely been following since you were little. You’ll get up in the morning, go to school or work, come back in the evening, go to bed, and get up and do the entire thing all over again until the weekend. Sound familiar?

Of course, it does and this could be the very thing holding you back. You need to learn to switch things up a bit.

Are You A Morning Or Night Person
Most people believe that they are morning people because it is what is drilled into their heads from birth. Most people think they are more attentive in the morning. This is because you are forced to get up early and go to a school where you learn for 8 hours and then come back home. While this routine might work for most artists, it doesn’t mean that it is unlocking your true creative potential. You could, in fact, be more alert and attentive during the wee hours of the night. If you don’t give it a shot you will never know. Switch up your routine for a good month or two and see how things work out.

Act When You Are Feeling Tired
Any professional gambler that plays poker online terpercaya will tell you to go to bed when you are tired and come back in the morning. They will tell you that you are going to make mistakes and lose money. While this might seem like the likely scenario, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is true. In fact, did you know that you might be more creative when you are tired? During the day when you are working and processing information, your frontal cortex is hard at work processing the information. This is what is referred to as working memory.

It is simply how your brain works. Well, have you noticed that as you get sleepier and more tired, your attention span grows shorter? Sure, it will be a lot harder to concentrate when you are tired, but this doesn’t mean that you won’t be creative. Your frontal cortex will be taking a rest while the other parts of the brain are filling the gaps. And, this is why you will be more creative. Your brain will be free to explore without the restriction of logic.

Say No To Caffeine
When you are feeling tired or sleepy what’s the first thing you do? What do you do first thing in the morning? You likely grab a cup of coffee or some energy drink, right? Why not? You are programmed to believe that these things can help you focus. Well, your goal here is to learn how to be more creative in art. The creative part of your brain is going to function at its fullest when your trying to squeeze it into doing something. This is especially true if you are trying to force it to stay alert with caffeine.

Instead, you want to find another way to keep the body alert like taking a hot shower, going for a walk, or doing some exercises.
