Better Things: Photographs of Gallery Art

ROCHESTER, N.Y.- The Memorial Art Gallery presents Better Things: Photographs of Gallery Art by Douglas Holleley through February 13, 2005 in the Lockhart Gallery. In this new exhibition, Douglas Holleley examines and interprets the Memorial Art Gallery collection. The work consists of some 34 pairs of color photographs which show the collection in a new light. The images are accompanied by five essays that discuss how art can be “read,” interpreted and enjoyed.
