BARCELONA, SPAIN.- CaixaForum has opened to the public. This past Saturday, CaixaForum opened to the public with 10,000 visitors, and 30,000 on Sunday. This new cultural center substitutes the one at Palau Macaya begins its shedule of events. Among the exhibits it will host are: Lucien Freud, Mies van der Rohe, the masters of the Musée de l'Orangerie. CaixaForum first held opening events for certain groups (Arco art dealers and collectors, neighbors, the art worls and authorities, as wellas for other CaixaForum guests).
