BRUSSELS.- rodolphe janssen present their next exhibition entitled Made in Oven opening on April 20th, 2016 at 32 rue de Livourne.

The exhibition organized in collaboration with the internationally renowned Belgian based florist and creator of floral environments Thierry Boutemy, will combine ceramics and floral arrangements. The gallery and Boutemy will present the works of artists Eric Croes, Dionisis Kavallieratos, Dan McCarthy, and Gert & Uwe Tobias.

Boutemy who is a craftsman and a poet, has a very instinctive approach to his art and seeks the spontaneity of the gesture in his creations. After having worked on Sofia Coppola’s 2006 film Marie Antoinette, Boutemy’s work and arrangements have become sought after in the deluxe fashion world (Dior, Opening Ceremony and a current collaboration with Paul Smith), art, and cinema where he recently created all the floral decorations for Tran Anh Hun’s latest film.

Boutemy, who is also a fervent amateur and collector of ceramics, will create a whole theatrical staging around the pieces which will be exhibited at the gallery.
