COPENHAGEN.- This summer,
CHART is pleased to welcome guests to an intense and unique exhibition of some of the most important and interesting contemporary artists at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts Kunsthal Charlottenborg in Copenhagen. The fair gathers 28 carefully selected and remarkable galleries from the Nordic countries, all showing contemporary art of an outstanding quality.
CHART 2015 is the most ambitious version yet. The art is presented in a curated universe that invites the viewer to have a unique and distinctive experience of the many ways and facets of contemporary art.
THE ART IN FOCUS
CHART was founded in 2013 with the unique vision to unite the market for contemporary art with the special Scandinavian tradition of collaboration. Thus, the fair is curated as an exhibition that enhances the selected artists and galleries in unison. The ambition is to create a serious international platform for contemporary art in the North. The art takes centre stage and is presented in the best way possible in the beautiful halls at Kunsthal Charlottenborg, where art professionals, art lovers and a local and global art audience meet. In 2015, CHART entered into an agreement with The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, ensuring that CHART will be held in these historic buildings for the next three years to come.
