MIAMI, FL.- UNTITLED., an international art fair to be held in Miami Beach, is pleased to announce its 2014 team for its third edition from December 3-7, 2014.
UNTITLED. is a curated art fair for international galleries and nonprofit art spaces with a focus on emerging and midcareer contemporary art. In working closely with internationally recognized architecture firm K/R, under the direction of John Keenen, UNTITLED. emphasizes its curatorial vision to best showcase its international exhibitors and programming.
Founded by Jeff Lawson in New York in partnership with Alan G. Randolph in Miami, UNTITLED. has expanded its curatorial team, led by Artistic Director Omar López-Chahoud. Christophe Boutin and Melanie Scarciglia, co-founders of the distinguished publishing houses onestar press and Three Star Books in Paris, will introduce a new curatorial perspective to the international focus and content development of the fair. onestar press will additionally publish a series of artists books focusing on a selection of galleries at the fair.
Situated directly on the beach with natural light and ocean views, UNTITLED.s temporary pavilion and floor plan aims to offer a compelling visitors experience unlike a typical art fair. For the third year, UNTITLED. is working with K/R to reconstruct the design in order to integrate international galleries and not-for-profit spaces, and a designated space for the fairs programming.
In addition to its roster of international exhibitors, UNTITLED. will present a series of conversations, performances and special events as part of its 2014 edition. The full list of exhibitors and programming will be announced in September 2014.
