Jerry Weintraub Collection heads to Julien's Auctions
Exclusive auction event celebrating the legendary Hollywood mogul Jerry Weintraub.

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIF.- Julien’s Auctions and Turner Classic Movies announced the two-day auction Jerry Weintraub, The Consumate Producer, a salute to the influential Hollywood tycoon behind the iconic films Diner, Nashville, Oh, God!, The Karate Kid, and the Ocean's franchises, and legendary collaborator in the careers of iconic music stars including Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, and John Denver, with a presentation of luxurious items and possessions from his wife, television and stage singer Jane Morgan. This exclusive event presenting over 800 lots for the first time at auction, will take place Tuesday, May 5 and Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at Julien’s Studios and live online at juliensauctions.com.

Jerry Weintraub, American film and television producer, music manager, actor and philanthropist, is one of the most celebrated names in the entertainment business. Weintraub’s extraordinary rise to Hollywood icon began as a talent agent, personal manager and concert promoter, where he became a self-made millionaire at 26 handling some of the biggest acts in show business from Elvis Presley to Frank Sinatra and discovering John Denver, before finding even greater success in the television and movie industry. Weintraub’s crowning film achievements included producing classics and modern hits such as Robert Altman’s Nashville, Oh, God!, The Karate Kid franchise, Diner, The Specialist, 1998’s The Avengers, Nancy Drew, The Legend of Tarzan and Steven Soderbergh’s Ocean's Eleven, Twelve, and Thirteen box office trilogy. His multifaceted television producing credits were equally impressive spanning the gala at The Greek Theatre leading to the telecast of the opening ceremonies of the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, John Denver’s highly rated TV specials, and HBO’s eleven-time Emmy winning mini-series Behind the Candelabra.

He also served as executive producer for the series The Brink and Westworld, and the documentary Years of Living Dangerously; he was also the subject of the television documentary His Way. His distinguished five-decade powerhouse career earned him three Emmy awards, a Golden Globe, a Hollywood Walk of Fame star (and in 2007 was the first producer to have hand and footprints immortalized at the Chinese Theatre along with George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Matt Damon) and a formidable legacy as the last of the great Hollywood moguls.

On offer is a spectacular collection of items representing Jerry Weintraub’s illustrious life and career such as:

Awards and Honors: Jerry Weintraub’s Behind the Candelabra Golden Globe award for "Best Miniseries or Television Film" (estimate: $10,000–$15,000) and his Hollywood Walk of Fame star plaque.

Original Film Props and Production Items: Ocean’s 12 Faberge egg and pedestal (estimate: $6,000–$8,000), an Ocean’s 13 cast-signed casino table (estimate: $3,000–$5,000), a remote-controlled monster truck used in the production of Ocean's 11 (estimate: $5,000–$7,000), and a staff prop used by Sean Connery in The Avengers (estimate: $2,000–$3,000). The original 18k gold Cartier ring worn by Weintraub in all three Ocean's films, his director's chairs ranging from Ocean’s 11 to The Next Karate Kid, various production-used clapperboards and posters as well as many other famed cinematic props used in the blockbuster Ocean’s franchise including gambling items from tables to cards and chips.

Signed Memorabilia: Cast-signed scripts for Ocean's 11, 12, & 13 and The Avengers, as well as a Nashville script signed by Robert Altman.

Film Worn Wardrobe: Iconic ensembles from Behind the Candelabra, including Michael Douglas’s “Liberace” outfit and shoes, Matt Damon’s “Scott Thorson” suit, and Ralph Fiennes’s “John Steed” suit, bowler hat, and umbrella from The Avengers, a jumpsuit from The Karate Kid II and other significant pieces from his biggest film and television productions.

Gifted by Hamill to Weintraub, who served as Hamill’s manager after the Olympics and as the executive producer of The Dorothy Hamill Special, these skates used in the compulsory figures portion of the competition represent one of the GOAT moments in sports history worn by the legendary skating champion turned pop culture phenomenon (estimate: $50,000- $70,000).

Other highly anticipated highlights range from the 1984 Olympic Torch (estimate: $2,000- $3,000), tennis rackets used by legendary players such as Jimmy Connors used to defeat Ken Rosewall at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas in 1976 (estimate: $5,000- $7,000) and Rod Laver from his 1969 US Open victory (estimate: $4,000- $6,000), signed boxing gloves from Muhammad Ali (estimate: $1,000- $2,000), signed baseballs, golf equipment, and more.

From his remarkable music career, over 60 gold and platinum record sales awards for his work with Elvis Presley (“As Recorded at Madison Square Garden”), John Denver (“The Muppets A Christmas Together” “An Evening with John Denver”), The Carpenters (“Live at the Palladium), Neil Diamond (“12 Greatest Hits Vol. 2’), Bob Dylan (“Blood on the Tracks”), and “Ghostbusters” movie soundtrack, as well as a Moody Blues signed tambourine; original concept artwork for merchandise related to the band Three Dog Night; signed contracts, photos, and beyond will be represented.

Jerry Weintraub’s famous friendships and collaborations across the spectrum of pop culture figures to political leaders will be highlighted such as a George Strait gifted and signed Gibson Dove acoustic guitar (estimate: $5,000- $7,000); a Bono signed black and white print titled "String of Pearls" with personal inscription reading, "Jerry for the greatest story teller in the world / Happy Birthday / Bono"; letters, notes and inauguration items signed by longtime friend and confidant President George H.W. Bush; plus, various signed photos, documents, books, and more.

Items owned by Jerry Weintraub and his wife singer Jane Morgan, from their lavish Beverly Hills estate and mountaintop Palm Springs home in California will be offered including: their fine art collection featuring a painting by Chen Yifei from the 1980s Canal series titled "Visit in Spring, Suzhou, China" (estimate: $80,000-$120,000), “L'Ecuyere” lithograph by Pablo Picasso, and art work from Gaston Sebire, Andy Warhol and more, furniture, decorative pieces and household items. Jane Morgan’s extensive collection of fine jewelry, vintage gowns and dresses, and professional wardrobe worn in her appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show and Broadway productions such as Can-Can, The King and I, and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, will also be showcased.

“Julien’s and TCM are proud to represent the legacy of Jerry Weintraub’s trailblazing career and his indelible impact on music, television, sports, movies and politics. He truly was the consummate producer,” said Catherine Williamson, Managing Director of Entertainment, Julien’s Auctions. “Whether it was setting the standard starting with Elvis and Frank Sinatra for today’s stadium arena tours to producing cultural milestones in film and television to power brokering in Hollywood to the White House for nearly half a century–Jerry Weintraub was a visionary force in showbusiness who touched all corners of the world. Who else collaborated with George Clooney, Frank Sinatra, Elvis and Brad Pitt?”
