NORWICH, UK.- The Norwich Gallery will present Lucy McKenzie Ten Years of Robotic Mayhem (including Sublet), on view 31 January to 10 March. Lucy McKenzie received the EASTaward in 1999 the year she graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone. This exhibition includes Sublet McKenzie’s interaction with fashion designer and printmaker Beca Lipscombe. Lucy McKenzie has made new vernacular drawings of Glasgow and a room of painted screens, illustrations for the Edinburgh periodical The One O’clock Gun, the album artwork for Erasure and McKenzie’s record label Decemberism. Her work was shown in Parkett Summer 2006 and Artforum December 2006. She is represented by Cabinet London Daniel Buchholz Köln Metro Pictures New York.

The exhibition was organized with Talbot Rice University of Edinburgh Arnolfini Bristol. It will tour to San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
