Small Works, Great Wonders Art Sale returns to the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum
Unsold works will remain on exhibit and available for purchase through November 30, 2025.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA.- The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum will host the annual Small Works, Great Wonders® art sale on Friday, November 7, 2025, featuring small-scale works from more than 130 of the nation’s top contemporary Western artists. This is the 20th anniversary of the sale, and many of these acclaimed artists also exhibit at the Museum’s prestigious Prix de West art sale held each June.

This one-night-only event, which showcases both traditional and contemporary Western art, offers collectors a unique opportunity to acquire fine works at more accessible price points. Artwork will be on view beginning November 1, 2025, and unsold pieces will remain on display and available for purchase through November 30, 2025.

“Small Works, Great Wonders is one of the most exciting events of the year,” said Susan Patterson, Curator of Special Exhibits. “Designed for both new and seasoned collectors, the 2025 sale will feature more than 230 works of art in a high-energy, festive atmosphere.”

New artists joining the exhibition this year include Benjamin Walter, Katelyn Betsill Del Vecchio, Aaron Schuerr, Lee Alban, Sean Witucki and Richie Vios. Returning fan favorites include Greg Beecham, Sean Michael Chavez, Mary Ross Buchholz, Daniel Smith, Tyler Crow, Brad Price and Teresa Elliott.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet many of the artists, enjoy live music and refreshments, and participate in a fast-paced fixed-price draw. Successful buyers may take their art home at the end of the evening.

A proxy purchase service is available for those unable to attend in person.
