PARIS, FRANCE.- The first edition of Peeping tom will be held in Paris on November 17th, 2006, in parallel of the Paris Photo fair with the participation of Alexandre Millon & Christophe Goeury.

Having for ambition to upset current conventions, peeping tom proposes not only accessible prices (most of the starting bids will lie between 150 and 500 Euros) but also a festive atmosphere (with slide projection, DJ and cocktail) very different from the high-end Parisian sales rooms.

These sales, showcasing the avant-garde photography scene are based on the solidarity of established photographers who accepted to propose their prints at affordable prices .

Within the selection, you will find not only some confirmed photographers like the artist and advertising photographer Nadav Kander (Issey Miyake, Levis, Air France, Sony, Amnesty International, Absolut Vodka, Nike, Cartier, Reebok...etc...and among others, solo show in Palais de Tokyo in September 2005) or Julia Fullerton-Batten (solo show at the National Portrait Gallery of London) or the internationally acclaimed director Lodge Kerrigan ("Keane", "Claire Dolan") but also some young promising talents like Estelle Hanania and Jaap Scheeren (both winners of the Prize for Photography at Hyères Fashion Festival 2006), Vincent Ferrané (frequent contributor of Elle France, Vogue Paris, L'Officiel Voyage, Citizen K International, l'Optimum, les Inrockuptibles...etc..), Kathryn Hillier ( exhibition and commission through Hyères Festival 2005 and 2006 and published in prestigious magazines such as Numéro, Le Monde, Beaux-Arts...etc...) or Thomas Mailaender.
