NEW YORK.- The Gala Preview of The Art Show, America's most prestigious art fair will be held February 23, 2005 and will once again benefit the Henry Street Settlement, a pioneering social service and arts agency on New York's Lower East Side. Last year, the 2004 Art Show Gala Preview, was attended by 2,500 prominent guests, and raised more than $900,000 for Henry Street Settlement. This was one of the most successful, well-attended Art Show Gala Preview since its debut in 1989.

"We expect this year's gala and the exhibition to exceed the remarkable success of last year's event for both Henry Street and the 70 participating ADAA dealers," notes ADAA President Richard Solomon, also President of Pace Prints.

The Honorary Chairmen of this year's The Art Show Gala Preview Committee are Agnes Gund and Daniel Shapiro, Kitty Carlisle Hart, and Richard J. Schwartz.

The Co-Chairmen are: Beth Rudin DeWoody, Steven and Heather Mnuchin, and Byron and Anita Volz Wien, among many other notable Committee members.
