BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA.- The Centro Cultural Borges just opened an exhibition on photographer Horacio Coppola, 98. The title of the exhibition is Witness. Th exhibition presents works from the 1920's and 1930's. Coppola is one of the masters of Argentinian photography. Some of his works were used to illustrate the Evaristo Carriero book by Jorge Luis Borges. Horacio Coppola participated in 1929 in the foundation of the first Film Club of Buens Aires. He went in 1932 to the study at Bauhaus until it was shut down by the Nazis in 1933 and then left for Paris.
