5 Natural Ways to Improve Creativity

Feel a little tapped out?

Whether you work as a designer, writer, artist or in some other creative profession, when you improve creativity, you'll make your work much more enjoyable. Instead of racking your brain for ideas, increase your creativity so you can make your life and work richer.

Continue reading this article to learn how to increase your creativity.

1. Supplements
Many people stand by the fact that supplements have helped them in their creative processes. If you're feeling stuck and you could use some help quickly look into some of the following supplements to get the extra boost you need.

Kratom
• Aniracetam
• Piracetam
• Coluracetam

You may want to consult with your doctor if you're currently on medication to make sure it isn't going to interact adversely.

2. Say Yes to Collaboration
Working on your own can be mindnumbing sometimes. Even if you are a highly creative person, if you work alone a lot and you're feeling stuck, getting out of the house and working with someone on a project can be just what you need to jumpstart your creativity.

It's essential to work to become more creative vs. hoping creativity will come to you. When you work with other people, you'll be able to learn from their strategies, so you can put them in your creativity toolbox. Collaboration is the ultimate creativity hack.

3. Work On Something You Love
If you're performing boring work and you can't wait to get done with it, you're likely at a very low level of creativity. On the other hand, people that are doing things they love are excited about it and being creative usually comes much easier.

Even if you still have to do the same work that is bothering you, if you take a break to do something fun and enjoyable, it will allow you to go back to work and be more creative.

4. Cut the Cord
We have multiple devices at our fingertips at any given time throughout the day. Having so much information available whenever we have a whim to know more can decrease our creativity. When you choose to cut the cord for a little while and do something that doesn't involve technology, part of your brain that hasn't been active will start to work.

Whether you're doing something while you're unplugging or you're taking a nap and doing nothing, this could be exactly what you need.

5. Take a Walk or Bike
Taking a walk will help get the blood flowing. If you find that you're sitting too much, make it a point to get activity in so you aren't spending too much time in one spot.

If you really want to get your activity up, you might even consider going for a bike ride.
