NEW YORK.- The International Photography Awards (IPA) announced the winners of The 2nd Annual Lucie Awards (lucieawards.com) — the only ceremony honoring the greatest achievements in photography. The event took place at the American Airlines Theater, located on 42nd Street in New York City.

Deborah Harry attended to present a Special Tribute to Francesco Scavullo, and Barbra Streisand sent words of appreciation read by host Douglas Kirkland. The ceremony also featured Special Tribute video presentations for Helmut Newton and Scavullo by Cindy Crawford, Jodie Foster, sculptor Robert Graham and Andie MacDowell. Gene Trindl, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Eddie Adams and Richard Avedon were also remembered.
The Lucie Awards recognizes the achievements of the world’s finest photographers with categories including fashion, entertainment, advertising, portraiture, fine art, photojournalism, documentary and lifetime achievement.

The IPA awards Lucies to those in the creative community who are an integral part of crafting an image.
