Albert Oehlen "C. C.", 2003
|
MADRID, SPAIN.- The Museo Reina Sofia presents the Taschen Collection. The exhibition was curated by Marga Paz. The Benedikt Taschen collection was begun in 1988 by this editor. This collection includes a limited number of artists but with a lot of works that show the development of these artists. His interest in these artists has taken him to collect them widely. He thus possesses works that allow us to deeply know these artists. Among the best represented artists are: Albert Oehlen and the late Martin Kippenberger with more than a hundred works for each of them. There are also works by Thomas Struth, Jeff Koons, Gunther Forg, Cyndy Sherman, Christopher Wool, Wolfgang Tillmans, Mike Kelley, among others.
