. Native American, Southwest United States, Navajo, ca. mid 20th century CE. A radiant sterling silver (93% silver) and turquoise concha belt with a leather band. A gorgeous buckle with three turquoise stones secures the belt, and the buckle is stamped with "STERLING" on the verso. Estimate $2,400 - $3,600.
Group of Chinese Ming Dynasty Shipwreck Porcelains
. Far East, China, found in the Philippines, ca. 16th century CE. This is a group of porcelain from a a Ming period Chinese shipwreck off the coast of Busuanga, Philippines. It contains a large porcelain platter with a blue on white orchid design and two bowls with blue and white floral motifs on the interiors and exteriors. Estimate $3,600 - $5,400.

18 Egyptian Glazed Faience Amulets / Beads
. Ancient Egypt, Third Intermediate to Late Dynastic Period, 21st to 31st Dynasty, ca. 1070 to 332 BCE. A wonderful selection of faience beads covered in layers of blue and blue-green glaze. An impressive, hand carved pink sandstone high relief fragment depicting the Hindu deity Narasimha (meaning man-lion; also known as Narasingh, Narsingh, and Narasingha), one of the ten avatars of the Hindu god Vishnu, with six arms holding attributes in the top three hands and the bottom three shown killing the demon Hiranyakasipu. Early 20th C. Burkina Faso Wood Zoomorphic Stool
. West Africa, Burkina Faso, Lobi peoples, ca. early 20th century. Skillfully carved from a single piece of hard wood with a deep, lustrous dark brown patina, a zoomorphic stool presenting an animal with a long, curved neck, a knobby head, two conical front legs, a third leg that appears to be bent behind or have a foot, and a tail that extends beyond the legs.
