Encarna Marín and Pablo Pro
Encarna Marín's images belong to his latest collaborative project, "El lugar de los recuerdos" ("The place of memories): "Objects that live with us have life, arouse feelings, we wish them and, once they come into our existence, we establish a relationship with them. Your bedside book, the glass where your son learned to drink alone, the heart-shaped box that you found on the street in your first appointment. We also have places, sounds, smells or flavors that are exclusively ours or that we share with our closest people. There are so many memories that we love in our life...

Encarna Marín (El Ronquillo, Sevilla, Spain. 1954) is a photographer and photography teacher. She collaborates with various publishers and institutions. Shee directs the Living Image company, dedicated to the treatment and conservation of photographic material. Since 1985 she has had multiple exhibitions and his work is part of public and private collections. Some of his work is collected in the book "Sons of the moment", published by Caja San Fernando in 2005 on the occasion of the exhibition of the same title. The numerous exhibitions throughout these nearly thirty years of career, include: New York, Contemporary Art Museum Madrid, Alcobendas Collection, etc. Her work form part of collections such as Lola Garrido's, Collection of the City of Alcobendas, National Library of France or Counseling of the Arts of the Community of Madrid.

Pablo Pro presents in "ef Collections" several images of "Oxygeme", an audiovisual project that recreates deep sensations of weightlessness, force and vacuum necessary to activate the subconscious of perinatal experiences. Pro expresses himself with bubbles, with submerged bodies ascending, descending, floating and flowing. And while the bubbles or the bodies - who knows - are born and die, in the surface the cycle of life goes on.

Pablo Pro (Madrid, Spain, 1968) graduated in cinematography at U.C.L.A, Los Angeles, in 1993. For eight years he works in film productions alternating residence between Los Angeles and New York. Participates with documentaries on projects for National Geographic, BBC, Canal Plus France and Discovery Channel. Camera operator and director of photography in different films and advertising projects. He has received awards for best cinematography for several short films. Continues its cinematographic and documentary work with several national and international producers.
