NEW YORK, NY.- Bonhams will be offering a sale of Fine Jewelry on June 13 at its New York headquarters. This 188-lot auction features a Renaissance Revival pendant with diamonds, garnet and enamel. This rare pendant represents an exquisite example of English Renaissance Revival eclecticism, which was embraced during the third quarter of the 19th century (pre-sale est. $15,000-20,000). The piece, which is in very good condition, comes with a fitted box signed Harvey & Gore, well-known antique and diamond dealers.

Another highlighted lot of the auction is a belle époque natural pearl and diamond necklace signed by Theodore B. Starr, which is being sold on behalf of the Hermitage Foundations. This stunning 81 graduated round pearl necklace is accompanied by a copy of the original 1912 receipt (pre-sale est. $80,000-100,000). Also on offer among the pearl lots is a natural pearl and diamond necklace comprised of three rows totaling more than 230 pearls, completed by an old European and rose-cut diamond cluster clasp (pre-sale est. $50,000-70,000) and a beautiful rare conch pearl, seed pearl and diamond necklace (pre-sale est. $300,000-350,000).

Diamond lovers will find luxurious offerings of an M. Gérard in a diamond and eighteen karat gold jewelry suite. Designed with a series of openwork circular panels, each bordered in round brilliant-cut diamonds, this trio consists of a necklace, brooch, bracelet and a pair of earclips (pre-sale est. $130,000-150,000). This very rare set is one of the limited creations from the French Jewelry house of M. Gérard, which existed for only 20 years. Other diamond highlights include an Art Deco diamond and emerald brooch (pre-sales est. $15,000-20,000) and a magnificent Art Deco diamond pendant (pre-sale est. $80,000-100,000).

The sale will also include selections of signed jewelry by VCA, Tiffany and Bulgari. A particular highlight is a special Tiffany Archaeological Revival hardstone cameo brooch with a box signed by Tiffany Union Square circa 1870, marking it as a distinct and rare example from the company’s earliest headquarters (pre-sale est. $5,000-7,000).

There is also a large, strong selection of jade in the sale. Leading this group is a jadeite jade and diamond ring with baguette and bullet-shaped diamond shoulders (pre-sale est. $100,000-120,000). Also on offer is a jadeite jade necklace comprising 89 graduated round beads (pre-sale est. $40,000-60,000); a jadeite jade and eighteen karat gold ring (pre-sale est. $15,000-25,000); a pair of carved jadeite jade earrings carved in a dragon or phoenix motif (pre-sale est. $6,000-8,000); and a jadeite jade and diamond ring (pre-sale est. $12,000-18,000).
