Plains Art Museum Names Jaclyn Miller Membership Manager
Jaclyn Miller is the new membership manager for the Plains Art Museum.
FARGO, ND.- Plains Art Museum has named Jaclyn Miller to the position of membership manager. Her responsibilities include member relations and enhancement of the membership program of the Museum.

Miller has a Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota , Minneapolis . Her experience with nonprofits and working with volunteers includes her most recent position in El Segundo , Cal. , as a community outreach manager for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Miller reports directly to the vice president of development and marketing, Joni Janz . “Jaclyn’s proven record of success working with people, along with her notable organizational skills, will help us maintain good relations with our most prized asset—our dedicated members—who make all exhibitions and programs possible to enhance the experience of Museum visitors,” Janz said.

Miller lives in Moorhead , Minn. with her husband, Ross.

Plains Art Museum is accredited by the American Association of Museums. It is located at 704 First Ave. N. , Fargo . More information is available at (701) 232-3821 or at Museum programs are made possible, in part, by major funding from members of Plains Art Museum , The McKnight Foundation and the Minnesota State Arts Board, through an appropriation by the Minnesota State Legislature and a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.

The Museum plans to significantly expand its programs through its “Little artist in all of us” campaign. The campaign is raising funds for the Creativity Center for Lifelong Learning which includes Fingerprints Interactive Education Gallery and working with Fargo Public Schools and other educational entities to build teaching studios. The campaign is also strengthening operations by enhancing the Museum’s endowment and visitor services .
