NEW YORK.- The 9th Annual Chocolate Show welcomes visitors of all ages to experience and enjoy 40,000 square feet of Chocolate. Professional chocolate demos, hosted by Keegan Gerard, will be taught in both the Viking Range and Chocolate Theaters by such masters as Nicole Kaplan of Eleven Madison Park, Kate Zuckerman of Chanterelle, and George McKirdy of Blue Fin. Young chocophiles can delight in special activities and entertainment in the KidZone, while those "of age" can head over to the Chocolate Lounge to experiment with decadent chocolate drinks concocted by top mixologists. Those looking to be pampered can receive massages and other relaxation treatments at the Chocolate Beauty Bar, with Palmer's Cocoa Butter & Sephora products. Home chefs and those with a literary interest in chocolate will find solace at the central Barnes & Noble book display featuring new releases from and book signings by top pastry chefs such as Dorie Greenspan, Tish Boyle, and Andrew Shotts.
