Rubens Wednesday Lates Prize Draw
LONDON, ENGLAND.-Visit the 'Rubens: A Master in the Making' exhibition on Wednesday nights and enter the prize draw for your chance to win a trip for two to Antwerp. Courtesy of Tourism Antwerp, the prize includes VLM flights for two people, two nights' accommodation at the 4-star Plaza Hotel and admission to the amazing Rubens House. The competition will be open to all Wednesday Lates visitors from 26 October 2005 - 11 January 2006.

Rubens's works are displayed in some of the finest rooms and galleries of the major cities of the world, including London, Madrid, Paris, St. Petersburg and Washington DC.

Only in Antwerp, however, can you visit the house and workshop of this great master of baroque art. It is here that Rubens lived with his wife and children, and played host to many famous friends and colleagues, politicians and dignitaries.

Today you can still admire the beautiful inner courtyard, the original baroque portico and the interior with Rubens's dining room, his private gallery full of collector's items and of course his impressive studio.

There are also over fifty Rubens works permanently on display all over the city. Most of these have remained in their original locations, notably in the Cathedral of Our Lady which preserves such beautiful treasures as Rubens's 'Descent from the Cross' and 'The Raising of the Cross'.
