Kid-Friendly Places To Visit When You're Visiting Las Vegas

When you think of having vacation with your family, Las Vegas might not be the first place that comes into mind. It might not be a place where you can see the temple History and Art Daily in lasagradafamiliatickets.de or a place full of fun and laughter such as Disneyland but you might be surprised to learn that Las Vegas also offers various attractions to keep your kids entertained! The place regarded as “Sin City” is actually a lot more kid-friendly than what you might be thinking.

So if you need your kids distracted while you are at a convention or just simply looking to visit the place for your next family vacation, here are a few places to add to your itinerary that you and your kids can visit:

The observation wheel continuously spins slowly which allows visitors to get on and off the cabins through a platform located at the bottom. The tickets for the ride are more expensive at night but there are discounts for kids that are 4 to 12 years old while children under 3 are given free access. A full ride in the observation wheel takes more than 30 minutes. The High Roller is located at the edge of the LINQ promenade which is also a famous tourist destination full of restaurants, shopping malls and activity centers.

It is housed in a massive glass dome with over a hundred horticulturists expertly arranging alluring seasonal scenes. This famous street is located in old downtown Las Vegas that shares a rich history. Today, the street has been transformed into a tourist destination with outdoor malls sprawling at every corner. Your kids will enjoy watching street performers in peculiar costumes. There are multiple restaurants that offer delicious and healthy food for your kids and you can also buy unique souvenirs from the nearby kiosks. However, the real reason tourists flock the street is for its light show. The “Viva Vision” light show is suspended at 100 feet above the ground and is considered to be the world’s biggest video screen. Hang around the street long enough and you’ll be able to feast your eyes on the free light show.

Cirque du Soleil

Most of the plays and shows are created for adults but the city also has several shows that can be attended by the whole family. Your kids will surely enjoy Broadway productions, magicians, comedians and other variety shows. The most recommended kid-friendly show is Mystere performed by Cirque du Soleil which features jaw dropping performances of heart stopping acrobatic acts.

Shark Reef Aquarium
If your kids love the sea, then you must visit Mandalay Bay’s Shark Reef Museum. The place is small compared to other attractions but there is enough activities inside that would keep your children’s interest for over an hour. These attractions include an underwater shark tunnel which is home to various sea animals and sharks swimming over your heads.
